Tigerweather Brings the Sunshine

Temperatures may be starting to drop, but if you’re like me and want to hang on to summer for just a little while longer, Tigerweather is just the band you need. With ukuleles, beautiful harmonies, and all-around good vibes, their music will make you wish you could be sitting on a beach with friends, a cold drink in hand, nothing to worry about but when you need to reapply your sunscreen. Don’t believe me? Check it out for yourself:

It’s impossible to not be happy as a result of listening to their uplifting lyrics. Tigerweather isn’t all talk, though. Their message is all about love, and they follow through on this message by donating a portion of their record sales towards charity projects, such as building orphanages and providing clean water to those in need.

The group, which formed in 2010, consists of Ryan Simpson on lead vocals and ukulele, Blake Still on bass, Shawn Milton on lead guitar, and Joshua Allen on drums and percussion. To date, they’ve released 3 EPs: Cassandra (October 2010), Luke (May 2011), and Lani (November 2012), each with their own unique sound. They’ve performed at well known local venues like Hard Rock Live and Backbooth, and have been quiet for awhile but are currently working on new music to be released soon.

I guarantee Tigerweather will put a smile on your face and sunshine in your heart, no matter what the weather.
